Physicial Therapy

Orthopaedic Specialty Group has opened two new, comprehensive physical therapy centers located in the Fairfield and Stratford offices. Our facilities provide physical therapy and rehabilitation services to patients with orthopaedic and neurological conditions, as well as sports-, auto-, and work-related injuries. In short, we provide treatment for virtually all orthopaedic injuries including those involving the neck, back, shoulder, elbow, wrist, hand, pelvis, hip, knee, ankle, and foot. In addition, postsurgery and postfracture therapy protocols are provided at our centers.

We develop specialized rehabilitation programs that are focused on treating the “whole patient.” We establish functional goals, communicate those goals to the patient, and help the patient achieve those goals.

Therapy is provided by licensed physical therapists and hand therapy is provided by a certified hand therapist. Most insurance plans are accepted (Aetna, BlueCross, Oxford, PHS, and Medicare).
